As regards all problems related to delivery (recipient not present, release to a UPS collection center, delivery to the wrong recipient, recipient not present in the list, etc.) they will be communicated directly by the UPS service via e-mail, or can be find it from the courier portal by typing the tracking number of your shipment. If necessary, please contact us at customer service using the appropriate form.
